About The Position
Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Banquet Manager to join their dynamic Banquet Team. This role is responsible for leading the Banquets operation and creating a stellar Banquet team by selecting, training, leading, and motivating all employees in the department. The position requires excitement and dedication in serving guests, emphasizing cooperative teamwork and mutual respect.
Requirements
- TABC & Food Handlers Certifications required.
- US work authorization is required.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of MICROS preferred.
- Two to three years’ experience working in Food & Beverage preferred.
- Banquet or event experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Leading the Banquets operation.
- Creating a stellar Banquet team by selecting, training, leading, and motivating all employees in the department.
