Requirements

• Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow proper sanitation procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down function rooms and event spaces according to group specifications and hotel standards.
• Refresh banquet rooms during events according to the schedule and service expectations.
• Keep banquet equipment and service areas clean, organized, and functioning properly.
• Follow safe food and beverage handling practices and hotel, brand, and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to provide seamless event service and support.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest needs and provide outstanding customer service.
• Stay knowledgeable about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to assist guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
