About The Position

The Signature Busperson supports food and beverage service by assisting servers, maintaining clean and stocked service areas, and providing courteous and efficient service to guests. The position ensures compliance with daily Food and Beverage Department operating procedures and maintains food and beverage safety and quality according to hotel, Shaner, and franchise specifications. The role also requires communication with the General Manager, department managers, supervisors, and staff, and includes other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous guest relations experience and/or training.
• Ability to communicate satisfactorily with guests, management, and co-workers so they understand.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual English/Spanish ability.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for the clientele.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers in providing guests with quality food and beverage service according to hotel specifications, courteously and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and equipment.
• Stock wares and equipment needed for service.
• Ensure compliance with and completion of daily Food and Beverage Department operational procedures.
• Maintain food and beverage safety and quality according to hotel, Shaner, and franchise specifications.
• Communicate with the General Manager, other department managers, supervisors, and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
