About The Position

This role is responsible for ensuring a positive experience for guests during events. The Banquet Event Staff member will set tables, serve food and beverages, and maintain a safe and clean work environment. This position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Prior experience or training preferred
The ability to read, write and speak English
Necessary State Food Handler’s License(s) and Liquor Serving Permit(s)
Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment

Responsibilities

Set tables with chinaware, glass, silver and linens
Clears tables as necessary, sets up buffets as needed
Serves food and beverage to guests and provides quality customer service
Ensures safe work environment, reporting unsafe conditions and equipment
Follow up on guests requests immediately or asks for assistance from one of the supervisors
