About The Position

The Banquet Bartender at Four Seasons Resort Hualālai prepares and serves premium beverages at weddings, meetings, conventions, social events, and private functions. The role supports memorable guest experiences through thoughtful recommendations, prompt and personalized service, accurate transaction handling, and careful attention to Four Seasons standards. It also supports event operations with bar setup, inventory assistance, garnish preparation, and upkeep of a clean, organized work area, collaborating with Banquets and other resort teams.

Requirements

• Obtain a Tuberculosis (TB) clearance card as required by the Hawaii State Department of Health for food and beverage work.
• At least two years of bartending or related hospitality experience.
• Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and beverage service techniques.
• Ability to work confidently in a dynamic luxury resort environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for creating meaningful guest interactions.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to build positive relationships with team members and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty beverages according to Four Seasons standards and established recipes.
• Provide beverage service at weddings, meetings, conventions, social events, and private functions throughout the resort.
• Recommend beverages and share knowledge of selections, ingredients, origins, and preparation methods.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and create personalized guest experiences.
• Process transactions accurately and handle orders and payments with attention to detail.
• Support event execution through bar setup, inventory assistance, garnish preparation, and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with Banquets, Food & Beverage, Culinary, and Resort teams to support seamless event operations.
