Banquet Bartender
About The Position
As a Banquet Bartender, you’ll craft and serve drinks during special events while ensuring guests receive attentive, high-quality service. You’ll maintain a clean, organized bar area and contribute to the overall success of each event. This is a great opportunity for those passionate about hospitality and looking to grow in food and beverage operations. Key Responsibilities You'll play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests at special events and functions. Your daily tasks will include mixing and serving beverages, maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll report to the Banquet Manager. A job as a banquet bartender can lead to opportunities as a bar manager, sommelier, or even food and beverage manager, making it an excellent choice for those who are passionate about the hospitality industry.
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
- A warm, professional demeanor that reflects HVMG’s Culture of Excellence
- Previous experience in a similar or related position
- A combination of education and hospitality experience will be considered
Nice To Haves
- Hotel experience is always a plus!
- Applicants should have completed special certifications, such as bartender training.
