About The Position

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for part-time Banquet Bartenders to join us at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Banquet Bartender, you will be responsible for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at events while providing an excellent guest experience. Requirements

Must be 18 years of age
Ability to complete and maintain an alcohol service certificate
Basic math skills, with ability to accurately total guest checks
Possess basic knowledge of standard drink recipes and alcohol brand names
Verbal communication skills; listening skills with the ability to take beverage orders and fill those orders correctly

Nice To Haves

One year of previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume environment preferred
Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to the Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards

Responsibilities

Receives drink orders from patrons or servers
Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures
Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons following standard recipes and using company standardized proportions; serves wine and bottled beer or draws draught beer
Enters drink orders into point-of-sale system, collects payment from patrons for drinks served
Completes Daily Bar Sales Report accurately
Maintains bar stock by ordering or requisitioning liquors, beverages, condiments and supplies
Cleans, maintains, and stores bar and cocktail area and bar stock; keeps area clear of clean/dirty glassware
Prepares and replenishes appetizers and/or garnishes as needed
Performs opening, closing, and additional work duties as assigned
