About The Position

RES is seeking a Banking Operations Analyst to support project financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and operational analysis across its mitigation banking portfolio. The role helps maintain accurate, timely, and actionable financial information by extracting data from core systems, preparing reports, updating budgets and forecasts, and supporting monthly financial review meetings with project and business leaders.

The analyst works with data from systems including NetSuite, Apollo, and HubSpot to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for finance, project teams, joint venture partners, and board-level stakeholders. The position also supports mitigation banking operations by tracking and organizing financial information related to project performance, regulatory requirements, and business planning.

Requirements

• A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of mitigation banking experience.
• A working understanding of mitigation banking operations, regulatory processes, and project finance.
• Experience working with financial, operational, or project reporting systems.
• Experience supporting recurring reporting cycles, budget updates, forecasts, and project financial reviews.
• Detail-oriented and organized, particularly when managing recurring reporting deadlines and project updates.
• Clear communication skills and comfort preparing for and leading monthly financial review meetings.
• Ability to partner with Project Managers, finance teams, HUB leaders, joint venture partners, and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Extract data from NetSuite, Apollo, and HubSpot and build reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting needs.
• Prepare reports used by finance, project teams, joint venture partners, and board-level stakeholders.
• Maintain and update project budgets in Apollo, including actuals and forecast updates requested by Project Managers and HUB leadership.
• Help ensure project financial information is accurate, current, and ready for review.
• Prepare for and lead monthly project financial review meetings, helping teams understand budget status, forecast changes, risks, and updates.
• Partner with Project Managers, finance partners, and business leaders to support informed decision-making.
• Track and organize financial information related to project performance, regulatory requirements, and business planning needs.
