About The Position

Requirements
- Experience in banking litigation, financial services disputes, or commercial litigation involving financial institutions.
Responsibilities

- Handle lender liability, loan enforcement, or complex commercial disputes.
- Work on financial services-related consumer litigation or class actions.
- Manage discovery, dispositive motions, depositions, and litigation strategy.
- Advise on financial services disputes and related regulatory considerations.
