Requirements

Knowledge of Reynolds and Reynolds helpful
Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
Team player with integrity and strong work ethics
Proficiency in Excel basic formulas & V lookup helpful
Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

Review vendor invoices ensuring proper approval and or PO# expense to proper account
reconcile all vendor invoices to statements for batch payment no later than 20th
Post and reconcile Manufacturer invoices to monthly statements
Process check requests expense accordingly
Maintain related schedules (sublet, advertising, factory) make notes as needed
Maintain vendor W9 files
Post advertising budgets process invoices verify to budget
Perform monthly accruals as needed
Assist in month-end closing duties
Prepare and file 1099 forms annually
