Phillips Lytle is looking to expand its talent within its Banking and Financial Services Practice. This practice represents a wide range of financial institutions and prominent businesses on sophisticated transactions on a national scale. The Banking & Financial Services Practice Group seeks to hire an Attorney to handle secured financial transactions, to draft and negotiate transaction documents (i.e., loan agreements, intercreditor agreements, and various loan and collateral documents including mortgages and security agreements) and to collect and review due diligence (i.e., title reports, UCC searches, entity formation documents, leases).
