About The Position
An Am Law 200 firm is seeking a banking and financial services attorney in Scottsdale, in central Arizona. You’ll advise banks and non-bank financial institutions on compliance and regulatory matters and review their policies and frameworks. You’ll also help with regulatory investigations and work closely with two partners. A competitive compensation package, including bonus, comes with the role.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in banking and financial services regulation
- Experience advising on payments, lending, debt collection, or mortgage servicing
- Am Law 200 or regional law firm experience
- Very stable work history
- Strong legal writing and research skills with sound judgment
- Licensed to practice law in your home jurisdiction or eligible for admission
Responsibilities
- Advise banks and non-bank financial institutions on compliance and regulatory matters
- Review policies and frameworks of financial institutions
- Assist with regulatory investigations

- Practice development through client alerts and presentations
