About The Position
An Am Law 200 firm has an opening for a regulatory attorney in Lansing, in central Michigan. Working with two partners, you'll advise banks and non-bank financial institutions and review their compliance policies and frameworks. You'll also analyze financial services regulations and help clients navigate state and federal regulatory matters. The firm offers a competitive compensation package, including bonus.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of banking and financial services regulatory and compliance experience
- Experience in lending, payments, debt collection, or mortgage servicing
- Experience with an Am Law 200 or regional law firm and a very stable work history
- Excellent legal research and writing skills with close attention to detail
- Licensed to practice law in your home jurisdiction or eligible for admission
