About The Position
A national Am Law 200 firm is looking for a financial regulatory attorney in San Diego, Southern California. The attorney will advise banks and non-bank financial institutions on regulatory and compliance issues and help strengthen their risk management programs. The role also involves supporting regulatory investigations and working directly with clients and two partners. The firm offers a competitive compensation package, including bonus.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of banking and financial services regulatory and compliance experience
- Experience in payments, lending, debt collection, or mortgage servicing
- Am Law 200 or regional law firm background
- Very stable work history
- Excellent legal research and writing skills with attention to detail
- Licensed to practice law in your home jurisdiction or eligible for admission
