About The Position
A leading Am Law 200 firm is seeking an experienced regulatory attorney for its Financial Regulatory and Compliance team in Denver, Colorado. The role involves reviewing and enhancing compliance programs and policies for banks and non-bank financial institutions. Additionally, the attorney will assist clients in responding to regulatory investigations and analyzing new rules as they emerge. The firm offers a competitive compensation package, including a bonus.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of banking and financial services regulatory experience
- Hands-on experience in payments, lending, debt collection, or mortgage servicing
- Am Law 200 or regional law firm background with a very stable work history
- Strong research and writing skills
- Ability to develop practical solutions
- Interest in client alerts, industry events, and practice development
- Licensed to practice law in your home jurisdiction or eligible for admission
Responsibilities
