The group seeks to hire an Attorney with 4-6 years of experience handling secured financial transactions and/or commercial real estate experience. The role involves drafting and negotiating transaction documents, such as loan agreements, intercreditor agreements, and various loan and collateral documents including mortgages and security agreements. It also includes collecting and reviewing due diligence, such as title reports, UCC searches, entity formation documents, and leases.
