About The Position
This opening sits in an Am Law 200 firm's Banking and Financial Services group in Dallas, in north Texas. You'll advise banks and non-bank financial institutions on compliance and regulatory issues, from payments to mortgage servicing. You'll also help with supervisory matters and regulatory exams while working closely with two partners. The role offers a competitive compensation package, including bonus.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in financial services regulatory and compliance work
- Experience with lending, payments, debt collection, or mortgage servicing regulation
- Experience at an Am Law 200 or regional law firm and a very stable resume
- Excellent legal research and writing, paired with sound judgment
- Interest in building client relationships and contributing to firm thought leadership
- Licensed in your home jurisdiction or eligible for admission
