About The Position
An Am Law 200 firm is growing its Financial Regulatory and Compliance practice in Boulder, Colorado. The attorney will work closely with two partners, advising banks and non-bank financial institutions on regulatory and compliance issues. The role also involves supporting investigations and supervisory matters and assisting with the review of clients' compliance management systems. A competitive compensation package, including bonus, is offered.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in financial services regulation and compliance
- Experience advising on payments, lending, debt collection, or mortgage servicing
- Strong background at an Am Law 200 or regional law firm, with a very stable resume
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills with excellent judgment
- Licensed to practice law in your home jurisdiction or eligible for admission
