About The Position
An Am Law 200 firm is expanding its Financial Regulatory and Compliance team in Pittsburgh, in western Pennsylvania. You’ll advise banks and non-bank financial institutions on regulatory and compliance topics and analyze complex financial services regulations. You’ll also assist with regulatory investigations and work directly with clients and two partners. The firm offers a competitive compensation package, including bonus.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of banking and financial services regulatory experience
- Experience advising on payments, lending, debt collection, or mortgage servicing
- Am Law 200 or regional law firm experience with a very stable resume
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Licensed to practice law in your home jurisdiction or eligible for admission
Responsibilities
- Advise banks and non-bank financial institutions on regulatory and compliance topics

- Help grow the practice through client alerts and conferences
