About The Position
Join the Banking and Financial Services group of an Am Law 200 firm in New York City. You'll work closely with two partners advising banks and non-bank financial institutions on regulatory and compliance issues. You'll also analyze complex financial services laws and assist with regulatory due diligence on M&A transactions.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of banking and financial services regulatory and compliance experience
- Experience advising on payments, lending, debt collection, or mortgage servicing
- Experience at an Am Law 200 or regional law firm with a very stable work history
- Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills
- Willingness to contribute to client alerts, panels, and industry events
- Licensed to practice law in your home jurisdiction or eligible for admission
