About The Position

Tri City National Bank is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Bank Teller for an entry-level, part-time role. The teller represents the bank by providing customer service and handling daily transactions while learning banking fundamentals and developing skills for future career growth. The position involves following bank policies to support secure, compliant transactions and assisting the team with day-to-day tasks. Compensation is $18.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience. Saturdays may be required, and the employee must be willing to travel to and assist other locations as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to interact with customers with a calm and professional demeanor.
• Willingness to travel to and assist other locations and work Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions.
• Respond to basic account inquiries and resolve common issues.
• Maintain a professional demeanor in appearance and communication.
• Learn and follow bank policies to ensure transaction security and compliance.
• Acquire an understanding of banking principles.
• Support team members with day-to-day tasks.
• Complete other assigned tasks as needed.
• Travel to and assist other locations and work Saturdays as needed.
