About The Position

As a Retail Banker, you will provide outstanding service while assisting customers with their banking needs, processing transactions accurately, and connecting them with products and services suited to their financial needs. You will support branch operations and may assist other branch locations as needed, which may require occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with every customer interaction.
• Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other banking transactions.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to connect customers with additional banking products and services.
• Assist customers with online and mobile banking support, including password resets and account access issues.
• Handle cash and financial transactions accurately.
• Complete daily item processing using scanning equipment.
• Support branch operations and assist other branch locations as needed, which may require occasional travel.
