The Bank Operations Specialist supports Security National Bank’s daily banking operations, with a focus on deposit operations, payment processing, regulatory reporting, and customer service. Responsibilities
- Support the daily processing and reconciliation of banking transactions.
- Monitor accounts and reports for accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain records and documentation related to operational activities.
- Assist with deposit operations, electronic payments, debit card services, and other core banking functions.
- Help ensure transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and according to established procedures.
- Provide operational support to branch and department employees.
- Maintain and verify operational records and supporting documentation.
- Research and respond to customer and internal inquiries.
- Assist with records management and document retrieval requests.
- Support regulatory reporting, audits, and compliance-related activities.
- Assist with information requests, documentation reviews, and operational controls.
- Help maintain the accuracy, security, and integrity of bank records and processes.
