Bank Operations Imaging Specialist
About The Position
The Bank Operations Imaging Specialist retains electronic images of documents produced and retained through the loan servicing process. This position is intended to be onsite at the Riverchase Operations Center in Hoover, Alabama, within a reasonable driving distance of Birmingham. Associates work regular hours, including full days in the office five days per week; the manager sets the schedule and in-office expectations. The role tracks work time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act. The position is not incentive eligible. Regions will not provide relocation assistance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to interpret and ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and industry guidance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

- Related banking or operations experience.
Responsibilities
- Sort incoming loan packets.
- Review loan packets for completion.
- Scan all documents in loan packets and retain the images in the appropriate system.
- Ensure compliance with risk management programs, rules and regulations, and cybersecurity practices.
- Identify opportunities for and support process improvements.
- Apply disciplined change management practices.
- Provide documents to various departments within the organization when requested.
