About The Position

The Bank Operations Cash Support Specialist monitors overall branch and ATM cash levels. The role provides guidance to branches or vendors on shipment amounts, contacts them when large cash balance variances are detected, and coaches branches on reaching and maintaining forecasted cash levels. The position also ensures compliance with risk management programs, rules and regulations, and cybersecurity practices; identifies opportunities for process improvements; and supports disciplined change management practices. The regular work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The position is based at the Riverchase Operations Center in Hoover, Alabama. It requires time tracking and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to interpret and ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and industry guidance.
