About The Position

At Regions, the Bank Operations Cash Support Specialist monitors overall branch and ATM cash levels. The position provides guidance to branches or vendors on shipment amounts, contacts them when large cash balance variances are detected, and coaches branches on reaching and maintaining forecasted cash levels. The specialist ensures compliance with risk management programs, rules and regulations, and cybersecurity practices; identifies opportunities for process improvements; and supports disciplined change management practices. This position is based at the Riverchase Operations Center in Hoover, Alabama. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The position requires time tracking and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to interpret and ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and industry guidance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Banking or branch experience.
Customer service experience (strongly preferred).
Branch experience (strongly preferred).
