Shakopee - Part Time Evening Bank Cleaner (Valid Driver's License & Car Insurance Required)
About The Position
Marsden is hiring a part-time Bank Cleaner to service two bank locations in Shakopee, Minnesota, less than a 10-minute drive apart. The employee must use a reliable personal vehicle to travel between the facilities and secure and clean the financial facilities. The role requires a valid driver’s license, current car insurance, and the ability to pass an extensive 25-year background check, which typically takes 1 to 2 weeks to return results. The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at one bank, and Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 9:00 PM to 10:15 PM at the second bank. The position is 18 hours per week. Cleaning duties include restrooms, trash removal, mopping, wiping surfaces, and vacuuming. The role requires lifting up to 30 pounds and driving in winter conditions. Pre-employment screening includes a drug screen and criminal background check. For applicants living in Minnesota, THC is not included in the drug screening panel. Employees must be at least 18 years old and able to speak English for safety reasons. As a condition of employment, the employee must join Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Local 26 and complete union membership and dues authorization upon hire. Employment terms and compensation and benefits are governed or negotiated under the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
