Hudson - Part Time Evening Bank Cleaner (Vehicle & Valid Driver's License Required)
About The Position
Marsden is hiring a part-time Bank Cleaner to clean two banks in Hudson, Minnesota, located less than a 10-minute drive apart. The role requires a valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle. The cleaner must complete an extensive criminal background check, which may take 1–3 weeks, and be comfortable disarming and arming alarms. Training will be provided during the first week. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. across two bank locations, and Saturday from 2:00 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. Weekly hours are 18.75. Employment requires membership in Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Local 26 upon hire. Employment terms, compensation, and benefits are governed or negotiated under the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- Current car insurance.
- Reliable personal vehicle.
- Comfortable driving in winter conditions.
- Comfortable disarming and arming an alarm.
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to speak English for safety reasons.
- Pre-employment drug screen required.
- Criminal background check required; the extensive background check may take 1–3 weeks.
- Must become a member of SEIU Local 26 upon hire, with union membership and dues authorization completed.
