About The Position
Marsden is hiring a part-time evening Bank Cleaner to clean two bank locations in Columbia Heights, Minnesota, less than a 10-minute drive apart. The position requires a valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle, as well as comfort disarming and arming alarms. Training will be provided during the first week. The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., for 10.5 hours per week. As a condition of employment, the employee must join Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Local 26 and complete union membership and dues authorization upon hire. Employment terms and compensation and benefits are governed or negotiated under the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and current car insurance.
- Reliable personal vehicle.
- Comfort driving in winter conditions.
- Comfort disarming and arming alarms.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to speak English for safety reasons.
- Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check required.
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Must join SEIU Local 26 and complete membership and dues authorization upon hire.
Responsibilities
