About The Position

The Fresh Market is seeking a team member to help deliver its mission of making everyday eating extraordinary. Team members may work in any of the store’s departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. The role focuses on providing excellent guest service and supporting a hospitable shopping experience through product knowledge, merchandising, stocking, cart collection, and general housekeeping. The position requires a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.

Requirements

• Have a passion for providing extraordinary service.
• Be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs and help them create meal solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store.
• Work across departments to assist guests.
• Merchandise and stock products and specialty items throughout the day.
• Assist nearby guests while merchandising and stocking.
• Gather shopping carts from the parking lot.
• Assist with general housekeeping duties throughout the store.
• Present a professional manner, including adhering to uniform standards.
