Bakery Team Member

Nothing Bundt Cakes #195•Canton, GA
•$12 - $13•Onsite

About The Position

At Nothing Bundt Cakes, bakery team members help create a welcoming, joyful experience for guests and the community. They assist guests with selecting cakes for celebrations and ensure orders are fulfilled smoothly. Team members are cross-trained in Joy Creator, Crafting, and Frosting and rotate among departments as needed, with scheduling based on their strengths and the bakery’s needs. Joy Creators provide guest service and build genuine connections with the community. Crafters decorate cakes and package orders according to brand standards. Frosters prepare frosting, frost products, and help meet daily production demands. Training is provided, including opportunities to learn cake production and develop professionally. The bakery is hiring for morning and afternoon shifts. Typical shifts are 9:00 a.m.–3:15 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.–8:30 p.m.; Sunday shifts are 10:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Some flexibility is available around school schedules. At least one day of weekend availability is required, and scheduling priority is given to candidates who can work as needed. Candidates should also be willing to work offsite events and have flexibility to work throughout the holiday season, including the weeks before Easter, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. The location is projected to open in early June, with an anticipated opening between June 6 and June 20. Because construction may affect the timeline, hired team members are asked to be flexible around onboarding and training dates.
