About The Position

The Fresh Market is hiring a team member who can work in any store department, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. The role focuses on providing excellent guest service, helping guests find meal solutions, maintaining product knowledge, stocking and merchandising products, and assisting with store upkeep. The pay range is $18.53–$19.33 per hour. A flexible schedule is required, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.

Requirements

• Passion for providing extraordinary service.
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to understand their wants and needs and help them create meal solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of store products and weekly ad items and assist guests across departments.
• Merchandise and stock products and specialty items throughout the day while assisting nearby guests.
• Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist with general housekeeping throughout the store.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
