Bakery Supervisor

Nothing Bundt Cakes #195•Smyrna, GA
•$13 - $14•Onsite

About The Position

At Nothing Bundt Cakes, the Bakery Supervisor helps create a welcoming, joyful bakery experience for guests and the community. Bakery team members are cross-trained in Joy Creator, Crafting, and Frosting. Joy Creators provide guest service and build genuine connections; Crafters decorate cakes and package orders according to brand standards; and Frosters prepare frosting, frost products, and help meet daily production demands. After training, team members rotate among departments as needed, with scheduling that makes use of their strengths. Team Supervisors are trusted with a key to the business, assist with opening and closing duties, and ensure standards are met when the Bakery Manager is absent. The role includes morning or afternoon shifts, some flexibility around school schedules, and at least one day of weekend availability. Candidates should be willing to work offsite events and be available during the holiday season, including weeks leading up to Easter, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. The bakery is projected to open between July 20 and August 1, with the opening and onboarding timeline subject to construction. Hired team members are asked to be flexible about onboarding and training dates.
