About The Position

Lunds & Byerlys Navarre is hiring a full-time Bakery Supervisor to help create a sensational shopping experience for customers. The position pays $21.50–$24.50 per hour. The store operates seven days a week, from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and seeks someone available around 5:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The Bakery Supervisor assists customers with bakery purchases, stocks and rotates bakery products, helps the manager coach and develop staff, and maintains a clean department. The ideal candidate is a helpful team player, respectful toward customers and coworkers, innovative in applying retail solutions, and hospitable. Requirements

Two or more years of previous retail or food service experience desired.
Previous supervisory experience desired.
Ability to obtain Food Safety Certification.
Availability around 5:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
