About The Position

Rosauers Supermarkets is seeking a motivated Bakery Sales Manager to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with the highest quality products, the largest selection, the cleanest stores, and the friendliest service. We proudly serve the Inland Pacific Northwest with 23 stores and over 2,000 employees throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana. This role involves leading the bakery team, managing inventory, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Candidates must be 18+ years or older
Complete a pre-employment background check
Understanding of food safety practices

Responsibilities

Welcome and greet customers when entering or leaving the store.
Answer customer questions, help locate items, and provide recommendations.
Lead, motivate and encourage the bakery team to ensure quotas are met.
Direct meetings with the leadership team to effectively plan production and promotion goals.
Ensure the bakery is adequately stocked with quality baking ingredients and supplies.
Develop and implement advertising and marketing strategies to attract new customers.
Strategically arrange bakery items in display cases to encourage customer purchases.
Inspect bakery items to ensure that established standards are met.
Track bakery supplies and place orders, as needed.
Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
Cooperate with others to ensure customer satisfaction.
Perform other duties to ensure the overall success of our company.
