About The Position

As the Bakery Manager, you will lead the Bakery Department with enthusiasm and expertise, ensuring an exceptional customer experience with delicious treats and smiles. Your role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and embodying friendliness, responsiveness, knowledge, and passion. You will be responsible for driving production and budget objectives, maintaining the highest quality standards, and performing stocking and production duties as needed. As a role model, you will inspire your associates with outstanding customer service skills, bringing your love for baking and customer service to life in a fun and dynamic environment.
