Full-Time Baker
About The Position
Crumbl is hiring three full-time Bakers in Salem, New Hampshire. The role offers 35–40 hours per week at a base wage of $17 per hour, plus variable tips. Prior baking experience is not required, and training is provided. Applicants must be available to start by November 15, 2026, and must be at least 18 years old to perform duties involving required commercial bakery equipment. Shifts may fall between 6 AM and 10 PM, with typical shifts within 7 AM and 9 PM. Friday and Saturday availability is required, along with flexibility for opening, daytime, and closing shifts. The position includes preparing and decorating cookies, assisting customers and processing payments, maintaining supplies and clean food-safe work areas, and operating and cleaning commercial bakery equipment as trained.
Requirements
- Dependable attendance and clear communication.
- Consistent Friday and Saturday availability, with flexibility for opening, daytime, and closing shifts.
- Care with recipes, food safety, and customer orders.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a busy team.
- At least 18 years old for the required commercial bakery equipment duties.
Responsibilities
- Measure ingredients, mix dough, and follow recipes.
- Bake, decorate, and package cookies with attention to quality.
- Take orders, process payments, and help customers.
- Restock supplies and keep work areas clean and food-safe.
- Operate and clean commercial bakery equipment as trained.
- Work with the team to keep production and orders moving.
