About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Baker to lead the production of our signature biscuits for a fast-growing breakfast sandwich concept. This role is critical to delivering a consistent, high-quality product that defines our brand. The ideal candidate has experience in scratch baking, thrives in an early-morning production environment, and takes pride in craftsmanship and consistency. Requirements

2+ years of baking experience (scratch baking preferred)
Strong understanding of baking techniques, dough handling, and ingredient functionality
Ability to follow recipes precisely and maintain consistency
Must have a current SNHD Food Handlers Card (Nevada Health Card)
Early morning availability (including weekends and holidays as needed)
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail and work ethic

Nice To Haves

Experience with high-volume production environments is a plus
Experience with biscuits, bread, or quick-service restaurant concepts
Culinary or pastry training (formal or equivalent hands-on experience)
Experience opening or scaling a new food concept

Responsibilities

Prepare, mix, and bake biscuits from scratch according to company recipes and standards
Ensure consistent product quality, texture, flavor, and appearance
Manage daily production schedules to meet volume demands
Monitor ingredient levels and communicate ordering needs
Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen environment
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
Assist in testing and refining recipes as the concept evolves
Work collaboratively with kitchen and operations teams to ensure smooth service
