About The Position

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Baker to prepare fresh bagels and help ensure quality products are available throughout each shift. Bakers arrive early—potentially as early as 3 a.m.—and stock the bagel wall and pastry case. They also support the team with guest service, including taking orders and making sandwiches, and help maintain the quality of food and beverages and a safe, clean store environment. Stores close at 2 p.m., and the role does not require evening or night work.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work varied hours and days as business requires, including early hours (as early as 3 a.m., depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must pass a background check where applicable under local, state, and federal law.

Nice To Haves

• A current, valid state-issued driver's license is preferred; it is required only at specific locations, where Company driving qualifications must also be met.
