About The Position

Profile Subaru is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Backup Sales & Finance Manager to join our team in Conway, NH. In this role, you will support the Sales and Finance departments by assisting with customer transactions, managing financial paperwork, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This position offers a competitive salary of $70,000.00 - $90,000.00+ per year, paid weekly.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in automotive sales or finance preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency with computer software related to sales and finance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business or finance is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sales Manager with daily sales operations and customer interactions.
  • Support the Finance department in processing loan applications, credit checks, and financial documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and finance transactions.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, lenders, and internal teams to facilitate smooth sales and financing processes.
  • Help prepare sales agreements, contracts, and related paperwork.
  • Contribute to meeting sales targets and department goals.
  • Handle any backup duties as assigned by management.
