About The Position

The Back Up Scan Coordinator maintains overall price integrity in an assigned Sprouts Farmers Market store. The role conducts daily, weekly, and monthly price changes, updates shelf signs and tags and promotional signs, and ensures compliance with company and governmental regulations. It verifies weekly ad price changes, promotional price accuracy, and pricing signage across all departments. The position requires working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent, and 1–3 months of related experience and/or training, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
Strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze total scanning programs and maintain necessary reports and schedules.
Ability to understand and effectively use billing and accounting principles and processes.
Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Outgoing, friendly behavior, a positive attitude, and ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
Ability to work varied hours and days as business dictates.
Ability to read price tags, create and post signs and price tags, staple, scan, use a computer to activate new pricing, and use a step ladder; good vision is required to read and set signs.
Ability to vertically and horizontally transfer boxes weighing up to 17 pounds from 1 to 34 inches, up to 8 feet, for up to 1 hour.
Ability to walk up to 4 miles per 8 hours.
Ability to repetitively crouch, kneel, or squat to access a point 6 inches from the ground.
