About The Position

The Back of House Utilities Team Member plays an essential role in keeping the Chick-fil-A kitchen clean, safe, and running efficiently. This position is primarily responsible for washing dishes, maintaining the fryers, supporting kitchen cleanliness, and helping the Back of House team maintain a high standard of food safety and organization. The ideal candidate takes pride in cleanliness, works with urgency, pays attention to detail, and understands that great food starts with a clean and well-maintained kitchen.
