Back of House Associate - The Address (Seasonal Part Time)
About The Position
The Back of House Associate at The Address assists with accurately receiving goods from vendors into the distribution center and distributing or setting up products at locations throughout the Entertainment Retail Center in a timely manner. The role handles receiving documentation, product organization, inventory, quality checks, deliveries, and warehouse cleanliness while following safety policies. This is a seasonal part-time position. Candidates must be at least 18 years old. A high school diploma or equivalent and one to two years of warehouse experience are preferred. Basic computer skills, strong organization, math and counting skills, written and verbal communication, and retail or merchandising knowledge are required.
Requirements

- Ability to climb ladders up to 12 feet high.
- Frequent stooping and crouching.
- Constant reaching at or below shoulder level.

- Almost constant use of fine motor skills.
- Almost constant pushing and pulling.
Nice To Haves

- One to two years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Complete warehouse receiving documents accurately for entry into the computer system.
- Communicate and verify discrepancies.
- Open boxes and separate products according to their destination.
- Count products, complete paperwork for second-stage receiving, and organize products by destination.
- Apply price tags to products.
- Place products in the proper distribution center locations.
- Rotate stock so older products are used first to prevent expiration.
- Reorganize warehouse items to make room for new items and large shipments or prioritize items according to need.
- Perform inventories and cycle counts.
- Check products for damage as part of quality control.
- Deliver products to the correct locations throughout the Entertainment Retail Center.
- Follow safety policies to protect personal safety and the safety of guests and coworkers.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness.
- Understand and use planograms for design layouts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
