About The Position

Cranial Technologies is hiring an hourly, full-time Baby Imaging Specialist in San Antonio, Texas. The role supports families receiving treatment for plagiocephaly and infant ear shaping by providing attentive customer service and helping capture three-dimensional, 360-degree images of babies using the Digital Surface Imaging (DSi®) system. The specialist also schedules and processes patient information in Intergy practice management software and performs general medical office duties. Training is provided on processes unique to Cranial Technologies.

Requirements

• Ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Ability to manage multiple duties while keeping the patient experience a priority.
• Experience in at least one of the following: caring for or working with infants or children, high-end retail customer service, teaching, or medical imaging.
• Ability to squat and bend.
• Ability to lift at least 30 pounds.
• Ability to position and handle patients to capture DSi® images.
• Ability to move at a fast pace.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to patients and their families.
• Work with the team to complete a three-dimensional, 360-degree image for each baby using Digital Surface Imaging (DSi®).
• Calibrate and operate the DSi® system and ensure optimal performance of the imaging equipment.
• Schedule new-patient and follow-up appointments in Intergy practice management software.
• Obtain, enter, and process patient information in Intergy.
• Perform medical office duties, including answering phones, cleaning patient rooms, and rooming patients.
