About The Position

Cranial Technologies is hiring an hourly, full-time Baby Imaging Specialist for its Mountain View, California clinic. The role supports patients and families by providing outstanding customer service and helping complete three-dimensional, 360-degree baby images using the Digital Surface Imaging (DSi®) system. The specialist also schedules appointments, processes patient information, and performs general medical office duties. Training is provided on responsibilities specific to Cranial Technologies for candidates who bring problem-solving skills and a positive, can-do attitude.

Experience caring for or working with infants or children, in high-end retail customer service, teaching, or medical imaging.
Ability to squat and bend.
Ability to lift at least 30 pounds.
Ability to position and handle patients to capture DSi® images.
Ability to move at a fast pace.
Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service to patients and families.
Work as part of a team to capture a three-dimensional, 360-degree image of each baby using Digital Surface Imaging (DSi®).
Calibrate and operate the DSi® system and ensure the imaging equipment performs optimally.
Schedule new-patient and follow-up appointments in Intergy Practice Management Software.
Obtain, enter, and process patient information in Intergy.
Perform medical office duties, including answering phones, cleaning patient rooms, and rooming patients.
