About The Position

Cranial Technologies is seeking an hourly, full-time Baby Imaging Specialist for its clinic in McKinney, Texas. The role supports babies and their families through outstanding customer service and the creation of three-dimensional, 360-degree images using the Digital Surface Imaging (DSi®) system. The specialist is the point person for calibrating, operating, and maintaining the optimal performance of the imaging equipment. The position also includes scheduling appointments, handling patient information in Intergy practice management software, and general medical office duties. Training is provided on processes unique to Cranial Technologies. The position starts at $18.50–$19.00 per hour, with the opportunity for a pay increase in 3–6 months through a performance- and tenure-based levels program.

• Ability to manage multiple duties while keeping the patient experience a top priority.
• Experience caring for or working with infants or children, in high-end retail customer service, teaching, or medical imaging.
• Ability to squat and bend.
• Ability to lift at least 30 pounds.
• Ability to position and handle patients to capture DSi® images.
• Ability to move at a fast pace.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; the company cannot sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to patients and families.
• Work as part of a team to capture a three-dimensional, 360-degree image of each baby using the Digital Surface Imaging (DSi®) system.
• Calibrate and operate the DSi® system and ensure optimal performance of imaging equipment.
• Schedule new-patient and follow-up appointments in Intergy practice management software.
• Obtain, enter, and process patient information in Intergy.
• Perform medical office duties, including answering phones, cleaning patient rooms, and rooming patients.
