About The Position

Cranial Technologies is hiring an hourly, full-time Baby Imaging Specialist for its clinic in Silver Spring, Maryland. The company specializes in researching and treating plagiocephaly and provides infant ear-shape correction using EarWell®. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service to babies and their families while supporting imaging and medical office operations. Training is provided on responsibilities unique to Cranial Technologies.

Requirements

• Experience caring for or working with infants or children, high-end retail customer service, teaching, or medical imaging.

• Ability to lift at least 30 pounds.
• Ability to move at a fast pace.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; the company cannot sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to patients and families.
• Work with the team to complete three-dimensional, 360-degree images of babies using Digital Surface Imaging (DSi®).
• Calibrate and operate the DSi® imaging system and ensure its optimal performance.
• Schedule new-patient and follow-up appointments in Intergy practice management software.
• Obtain, enter, and process patient information in Intergy.
• Perform medical office duties, including answering phones, cleaning patient rooms, and rooming patients.
• Position and handle patients to ensure DSi® images are captured.
