About The Position

Cranial Technologies is hiring an hourly, full-time Baby Imaging Specialist for its Allentown, Pennsylvania clinic. The role supports patients and families by providing excellent customer service and helping complete three-dimensional, 360-degree images of babies using the Digital Surface Imaging (DSi®) system. The specialist also schedules appointments, processes patient information, and performs medical office duties. Training on processes unique to Cranial Technologies is provided.

Requirements

Ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Ability to manage multiple duties while keeping the patient experience a priority.
Experience caring for or working with infants or children, in high-end retail customer service, teaching, or medical imaging.
Ability to squat and bend.
Ability to lift at least 30 pounds.
Ability to position and handle patients to capture DSi® images.
Ability to move at a fast pace.
Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is unavailable.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service to patients and families.
Work with the team to complete three-dimensional, 360-degree images of each baby using Digital Surface Imaging (DSi®).
Calibrate and operate the DSi® imaging system and ensure its optimal performance.
Schedule new-patient and follow-up appointments in Intergy practice management software.
Obtain, enter, and process patient information in Intergy.
Perform medical office duties, including answering phones, cleaning patient rooms, and rooming patients.
