About The Position

This role involves the daily maintenance of Baader machines, including greasing equipment, replacing ball bearings, and performing spot checks. The assistant will also clean and repair factory equipment as directed, help maintain accurate inventory of parts and supplies, and communicate regularly with Baader Technicians regarding maintenance and part replacements.

Requirements

• Able to follow directions and work independently without constant supervision
• General mechanical knowledge and minimum two years working at-sea
• General understanding of computerized numerical controls
• Well organized and punctual

Responsibilities

• General, daily maintenance of Baader machines including greasing of equipment, ball-bearing replacement and spot checking machinery
• Cleans and repairs factory equipment, as requested by Baader Technician or Factory Manager
• Assists in maintaining adequate and accurate inventory of necessary parts and supplies
• Regularly communicates with Baader Technicians regarding maintenance and or replacement of parts or machinery
