About the position
Frontier is seeking a tech-savvy Sales Associate with strong communication skills to join their team. As the first point of contact for potential customers, the Sales Associate will be responsible for researching and qualifying leads through phone and email. The role involves both inbound and outbound sales activities, with the main objective of qualifying new business and setting appointments for Sales Reps. The ideal candidate should possess excellent listening skills and the ability to identify customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Negotiating contracts with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction with each transaction
- Preparing proposals for new business opportunities or contracts with existing clients
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to increase future business opportunities
- Scheduling appointments with prospective clients to discuss products or services offered by the company
- Creating client proposals based on product information provided by marketing staff members
- Keeping track of all communications with clients, such as emails, phone calls, letters, and faxes
- Reviewing proposals from clients for possible problems or conflicts with company policies
- Identifying potential customers through research and networking activities, then contacting them to set up meetings or presentations
- Managing accounts receivable and payable, including sending billing notices, collecting payments
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
